I'm an IT Infrastructure Coordinator, with a 30-year track record built from the front lines of technology to the strategic coordination of critical environments. I started out in mission-critical environments - data processing, networks and infrastructure for financial clients - where I learned that availability, stability and fast response aren't differentiators, they're mandatory.

Over time, I took on bigger challenges, leading teams and structuring the technology area more strategically over more than two decades of management. Along that path, ITIL, Help & Service Desk and operational efficiency were a constant discipline, not just a toolset, but a way of thinking about the area. But it was in recent years that the most important turning point of my career happened: adding to that foundation a more modern approach, driven by cloud, automation and operational efficiency.

I have worked directly with AWS and Azure environments, implemented automation with Terraform and Ansible, and built more scalable environments with Docker. More than adopting tools, my focus has always been reducing complexity, improving system reliability and giving the business more speed.

I like working at the intersection of technology and business, understanding the real problem and building solutions that make sense in practice, not just on paper.

My foundation in infrastructure, ERPs and databases, combined with the evolution toward DevOps and cloud practices, lets me see the environment as a whole, from sustaining operations to modernization.

Today, I keep evolving in this modern technology context, contributing to more automated, resilient environments that are ready to grow.

Continuous learning is the only constant in this field. That's why much of what appears in /projects is born in reproducible, version-controlled and public labs.
